Seriously, we must have over a dozen remote controls filtered throughout the condo, but Wubert only has eyes [and paws] for the Tivo RC. What’s the allur? Yes, it is pretty curvaceous for an RC, I guess. Perhaps the RC’s “waist” is an easy grab for his short little “dino-arms” [a nickname we gave him to point out the limitations of his reach, ala the "short little dino-arms of a T Rex."]
Regardless, whenever the TV starts acting up [ie, 'Scrubs' starts rewinding on its own, or an 'Angel' rerun acts more possessed than usual], we’re trained to immediately look for the cat, ‘cuz 9 times out of 10, he’s cradling the poor little Tivo RC in a fuzzy death-grip, breathing his “crunchie” breath on it, or he’s using its keypad as a pillow. Goofy cat.

Thanks, Midnightbunny. I’m so used to Tivo that the few times I get stuck watching non-Tivo programs, I’m always forgetting that I can’t forward/30 second skip the commercials.
